SleepyHead Reports Summary Only :-(

You import your data into SleepyHead and you get the Summary Only for the daily report. Non-Detail info is there, but there are no detail charts, just a big picture of Bob in the center where the charts should be... Whats going on?

Is the machine Data capable?

If you have gotten data from your machine before, you can skip this...

If this is your first time, some machines are considered "Bricks", all they provide is basic info with no details. If you just started using SleepyHead, you might check that your machine has full data capabilties. You can see various popular machines in our Cpap (Cpap/BiPap/Other) Machines section to see if your machine is listed.

Was getting data now only Summary

Did you remember to put the SDCard back into the machine the last time you checked the data. If you forgot to put it back into the machine, you will not normally get any detail data.

If this is the case, you basically lost that data for that night. Make sure you put the card back into your machine each time you read data from it.

Is the SDCard still Write Protected?

Most instructions tell you to write protect the SDCard when inserting it into your computer. If you forget to un-write protect it before putting it back into the CPAP, the machine can't write to it.

Your SDCard might not be working

SDCards can stop working. Best check for thi would be to try to read the card in another card reader. If the computer you are using has a built-in SDCard reader, sometimes you need to reboot the computer for it to read a card inserted many time.

SDCard Reader May not be working

If the computer you are using has a built-in SDCard reader, sometimes you need to reboot the computer for it to read a card inserted many time, or you may need to check on the drivers of the SDCard reader you are using.

You can now get SDCard readers for under $10, sometimes even around $5-$6 dollars. Many use the USB port on your computer and accept many different sizes of SDCards as well. Check places like Amazon, or stores like Walmart, Target etc..
